Dr. Erick Juarez, MD
Medical Director â Gascon Medical Center
Dr. Erick Juarez, MD is a Family Medicine specialist and serves as the Medical Director of Gascon Medical Center, leading the clinical team with a strong commitment to comprehensive, family-centered care.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
 With extensive experience in primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic  disease management, Dr. Juarez is known for his compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Rodsana Gascon Diaz, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner â Gascon Medical Center
Rodsana Gascon Diaz is a Cuban-trained Medical Doctor and a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-C) in the United States. She completed her medical degree in Cuba and later advanced her professional training in the U.S., earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Family Practice.
Licensed to practice in the state of Florida, she provides comprehensive   primary care with a strong focus on prevention, chronicdisease management, and family-centered care. She is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to patient well-being.
